These spine fractures are about half as common in men as they are in women; when they occur, the bone typically slides down the spine and over the  time,it can form   spine into a C-shape. People who have a more severe curve may have other symptoms like

Pain or stiffness in the back and shoulder blades.

Numb, weak tingling legs.

Extreme fatigue.

Shortness of breath or

Balance problems.

Bladder incontinence or bowel incontinue

What causes C shape back

The cause of kyphosis depends on the type:

1. Poor posture, leaning back in chairs, carrying heavy bags.

2. Problem in the spine’s structure.

3. Problem that developed in the spine before birth.

Avoid spinal flexion.

If you're diagnosed with osteopenia or osteoporosis, it's important to  avoid  spinal flexion or bending. These activities  can increase pressure on the vertebra and spinal discs.  These activities include both exercises such as crunches, toe touches and trunk twists, and  acts of daily sitting  as  long time in front of a computer.

Note

Focus on maintaining  spinal health,, with only a slight curve in both your lower and upper back,
